Steve and Desley welcome you to the Clubhouse Farmstay and peaceful relaxed Bed and Breakfast.
The architecturally designed Clubhouse is set on 250 acres of rolling Waikato farmland, with open-plan living and very large windows allowing 360-degree panoramic views framed by distant mountain ranges. Rooms are bathed in sun all day long. The Clubhouse is located just off State Highway 1B, on the northern outskirts of Hamilton.

We are the closest accommodation to Historic WOODLANDS ,WILLOW GLEN, and The LAUGHING PEACOCKE WEDDING venue and are happy to tailor your requirements to suit your needs to ensure your day is perfect. Early check in available. Arrival and departure times to suit. Transport to and from the venues if required. We can accommodate 10/12 guests dependent on configuration.
A full cooked breakfast can be served alfresco with plenty of fresh coffee and orange juice for all to enjoy the following morning.
For our INTERNATIONAL FARMING guests, you are welcome to a FARM TOUR and a chat about farming practices and FONTERRA.
Dinner is available on request, we specialise in lamb, beef and venison. Home grown and fresh local produce used. We are an outgoing couple who have travelled extensively and enjoy meeting guests.
Specials
We encourage families, and dogs are not a problem. Perfect for horses. Please let us know of any particular requests and we will ensure your stay is enjoyable.
Farming & Agriculture
We are happy to have small agricultural groups. Bus tours, morning and afternoon teas/lunches available on request. Farm walks/talks a specialty.
Weddings
We are the closest accommodation to Woodland’s Historic Homestead, Willow Glen, Grandmother’s Garden Quilting Workshop, well known and frequented “Firepot Café” in Gordonton.
